In every way! I loved the characterisations! This is how I'd imagine them. Just a tiny nitpick: "Should thank the Mrui for getting you all FOR ready me." Just add the "for".
I myself have thought about the doctor's sexuality and I am still not decided. But I love exploring alien differences and reading about them so this was an interesting concept (and not one I've come across before). Most fics just assume that timelords and humans are compatible without any issues.
